• To identify the strengths and weaknesses of international, state, and societal response with regards to combating of political violence.
• To provide high-quality instruction and training for serving officers and future leaders, engaged in combating terrorism, and other forms of political violence.

To advise and inform governments and societies affected by political violence so as to help them manage the current and evolving threat.
