About ICPVTR Global Pathfinder Capacity Building Strategic Counter Terrorism
	Conduct sustained research and analyses into terrorist, guerrilla, militia, and extremist political groups and their support bases. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of international, state, and societal responses in combating political violence. Provide high quality instruction and training for serving officers and future leaders engaged in combating terrorism and other forms of political violence. Advise governments and inform societies affected by political violence to manage the current and evolving threat.
