Harkatul-Ul-Jihad-I-Islami (HuJI)

1. To ensure the secession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) from the Union of India and its accession to Pakistan. 2. To engage in politically-motivated acts of violence so as to endanger the internal security of India and hasten the secession of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. 3. To become a "second defence line for every Muslim", the first defence line being the Jehadi armies of individual Muslim countries. 4. To form alliances with other Islamist extremists in the South Asian region.
